Playing a Match Match Day Settings

o 5 minue halves

Connections & Disconnections
If you have lag during a league or cup game pause the game explain to your opposition an re-arrange a new time to play. If you player get disconnected you must create a new game with the scores carried over at the time of disconnection. You will then play the remaining minutes of the game. Add 3mins extra on for Injury time.
Abusive Language and Harassment
We will NOT tolerate members using abusive language of any sort, whether it be on the forum of chatbox. We will NOT tolerate harassment of any of our members. Match Fixing, Game Glitches & Boosting If you are caught match fixing your team will be deducted points. If you are caught match fixing you will be issued with a warning. If you are caught using any known or even unkown game glitches then you will be issued with a warning. If you are caught or suspected of boosting player stats you will be banned - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Posting Match Results
Please Post match results in the designated results page for the League/Cup you were playing in.
Both managers for the home and away teams must post results for match and player stats for their team.
You should post the following match stats: * Game Week/Round * Home Team vs Away Team * Score * Players who scored**
eg Drogba, Ronaldo, NOT GAMERTAG * Man of the Match * * Any Red Cards* Match Report (if you can be bothered)
Sub-Zero Tolerance Policy
Here at fifa360 we now operate on a "sub-zero" tolerance policy. Basically, if you step out of line you are out the door. We have set up this website to be fun and fair enjoyable for our members. If you class yourself as a bit of a "keyboard warrior" then this is not the place for you. *WE WILL NOT TOLERATE CHEATING AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE IN ANY FORM*
Expectations
Every club has there own Expectation level. For example Manchester Utd's is Title Challengers this means if the Man Utd manager doesnt challenge for the title, and after over half a season they are sitting in 12th posistion. He/She could be sacked, this means the Manchester Utd job would be available. On the same note the Numancia manager who's expectation is to Avoid Relegation, is mid table after half the season. He/She would be over acheiving and doing really well. Everyone can then apply for the Man Utd job once the manger has been sacked, but the Numancia manager would have a great chance of getting the Job if He/She applied. Remember if you apply for numerous available jobs your application maybe under mined, due to desperation and lack of loyalty to your own team.
End of Season
It is imperative that everyone understands the loan deals will be set out on the forum the same way the transfers are. Loan deal must also be confirmed by an Admin. With Transfers we are very strict. So if we don't think its a realistic offer it wont go through. For example: Kaka on Loan to Fulham to End of Season for £2m, would be rejected (Not that anyone would be that stupid).
We do understand that some members are closer than others and there is such a thing as Mates Rates. Just a word of warning. anyone who trys to, how can i put this "extract the urine", by trying dodgy transfers or loans will be banned. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Applying for Jobs
A list of available manager posts can be viewed on the main site (View Vacancies). Here at Fifa360, we try and make it as realistic as possible. So if you see a vacancy that you would like to apply for, you would need to create a Fifa360 CV. Your CV should include things like your achievements on Fifa, your history on Fifa360 as well as other 1v1 leagues.
Your application will take you a long way in getting a job. Like in real life though, an unknown manager is unlikely to get the Manchester Utd or Barcelona job if he applys, so if your new to the site you should be looking to take over teams such as Hull City or Stoke City, then you can build up your reputation and apply for the higher profile jobs! Site Compititions Premiership.
The Top 1 leagues on this Site is the Premiership. In each league you play each team once, which is 19 games. Throughout the season the fixtures will be released. League Fixtures don't need to be played in order.
The league tables are decided firstly by points, then goal difference, followed by goals scored, game against opponent and if that was a draw then alphabetical order.
